Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service provides specialist care and support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. It supports their families, too, across Berkshire, South Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties.

Services include respite care, specialist play, symptom management, family support, end-of-life care and bereavement support.
Money raised by Compassionate Coffee funds specific things at Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service like oxygen for children with respiratory conditions and specialist nursing care. Every booking and coffee sold funds practical, hands-on support.
Running Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service costs more than £3.1 million a year, with only 18% funded by government support. The remaining costs rely on fundraising, including the profits generated by Compassionate Coffee.
